Refund & Return Policy
Refunds are only applicable for defective or faulty products. In such cases, customers may choose either a replacement product or a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund (note: change of mind is not covered under free returns). Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. To qualify, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Change of mind is not eligible for a free return. However, if you still wish to return a non-faulty product because you did not like it, you must ship the item to our warehouse (address will be shared once the return is approved).
For such returns, a 25% restocking fee and a Rs 200 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refund Formula
Refund Amount = Amount Paid – (Rs 200 + 25% Restocking Fee)
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
